GRD Institutions of Higher Education was founded in the year 1989 dedicated to the memory of Shri Guru Ram Dass Ji, the fourth Guru of the Sikhs.
The institute was founded with main motive to give proper and quality education to the students and train them as such that they become the future leaders for a better tomorrow. Sardar Raja Singh Oberoi, the Chairman of the Texla Group of Industries, is a wellknown philanthropist. He generously donated 14 acres of the estate in Rajpur, Dehradun to facilitate and encourage the opening of the trust activities.

Corporate Resource Cell – the placement unit of GRD defines most of my final year life in college. This was one of the finest things that happened to me in my college life. I was one of the members of the Student Council of Placement and I believe that proved to be really beneficial for me in every aspect.
