The School of Hotel Management at GRT-IMT Dehradun organized an industrial visit to Nirvana Luxury Hotel, Ludhiana, providing students with first-hand exposure to the hospitality industry's operations and service standards.

During the visit, students explored key hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage services, and guest relations. Hospitality professionals shared insights into luxury hotel management, customer experience, operational excellence, and career opportunities in the hospitality sector. The experience helped students connect classroom learning with real-world industry practices and gain a deeper understanding of hotel operations.
