The School of Hotel Management at GRT-IMT Dehradun organized an interactive Cocktails and Mocktails Workshop to provide students with practical exposure to beverage preparation, hospitality service standards, and modern mixology techniques. The workshop was conducted by renowned hospitality expert Mr. Pankaj Chand, a professional mixologist, bartender, and sommelier with extensive international industry experience.

During the workshop, students explored the fundamentals of cocktail and mocktail preparation, flair bartending techniques, beverage presentation, ingredient combinations, and customer service practices followed in the hospitality industry. The session included live demonstrations and hands-on learning activities that helped students understand the practical aspects of beverage management and hospitality operations.

Mr. Pankaj Chand also shared valuable industry insights from his experience working on international hospitality projects, guiding students about current hospitality trends, professional etiquette, industry expectations, and career opportunities in hotel and restaurant management. Students gained knowledge about creativity in beverage preparation, guest engagement techniques, and the importance of presentation and communication skills in the hospitality sector.
